Group 1-winning two-year-old Henry Longfellow sired his first foal when the aptly named Aurora Borealis produced a quality bay filly at Noralla Stud Farm. “She’s a very attractive filly, full of quality and very correct – a great advert for her sire,” commented Tina Dargan. Aurora Borealis, a daughter of Montjeu and the Listed-winning two-year-old Elaflaak, enjoyed success in the ring at the 2025 Goffs Orby Sale when her Sioux Nation filly was purchased by Justin Casse for €260,000. Impeccably bred on the same cross as 2025 Champion Sire Night of Thunder, Henry Longfellow won the Group 1 National Stakes, emulating his sire Dubawi. His dam Minding (Galileo) won seven Group 1 races and was crowned European Champion 2-Year-Old Filly in 2015 and European Champion 3-Year-Old Filly in 2016.
