MAC Swiney, winner of the Group 1 Irish 2000 Guineas and Group 1 Futurity Trophy, will be offered for sale on GoffsOnline.com on Friday, January 20th by Jim Bolger’s Glebe House Stables.

The five-year-old son of New Approach out of a Teofilo mare won the Group 2 Futurity Stakes at the Curragh and Group 1 Futurity Trophy Stakes at Doncaster as a juvenile.

At three he won the Irish 2000 Guineas and was placed in the Group 1 Champion Stakes at Ascot and finished fourth in the Derby at Epsom.

The timed online auction will start on 11am and close from 1pm on Friday, January 20th. Prospective buyers must register and be approved to bid by Goffs. A 5% agents commission will be paid to the successful purchaser provided they are a recognised bloodstock agent and/or a licensed trainer.
