A NEW Level 7 degree, Stud Farm Assistant Manager Apprenticeship, is being developed for the bloodstock industry. This apprenticeship, designed by industry leaders, is a programme of education and training which combines learning in the work place with learning in education centres. The employer’s role is to provide quality, relevant ‘on the job’ training to the apprentices on their studs. Approved employers can recruit suitable candidates and host the on the job phase of the apprenticeship.
