HUNTING with hounds is a tradition in Ireland that dates back to ancient times and there are now over 100 hunts registered with the Hunting Association of Ireland. Tradition has always been synonymous with hunting but the meaning and method behind hunting is something that might not be fully understood by the vast majority of people who partake in hunts.
