BAAEED heads the Shadwell stallion roster for 2026, which will see no change to the three stallions standing at Beech House Stud in England or to the two standing at Derrinstown Stud.

The first yearlings by the top class miler and 10-furlong horse went to market this year and fetched prices as high as €800,000 and 625,000gns. Ahead of his first runners hitting the track, Baaeed's fee come down from £65,000 to £55,000.

Minzaal’s first yearlings were also offered this year and they generated some exceptional prices, including 550,000gns and 450,000gns. His average price was almost six times his first season fee. In 2026 his fee remains at €12,500.

Mohaather confirmed himself as a sire of Group 1 talent this year when his first-crop star Big Mojo claimed the Group 1 Haydock Sprint Cup, while the two-year-old Cape Orator was placed in the Group 1 Criterium International. He stands at £10,000 in 2026, reduced from £15,000.

Mostahdaf, winner of both the Group 1 Juddmonte International and Group 1 Prince of Wales’s Stakes, saw his first foals well-received this year. His fee has been trimmed from £12,500 to £9,000.

Derrinstown Stud stallion Awtaad has enjoyed a remarkable year. Ethical Diamond's track record breaking success in the Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Turf builds on the multiple Group 1 successes of Anmaat and Anisette.

His 2025 roll of honour also includes new stakes scorers Waterford, Naomi Lapaglia and Thalara, as well as two stakes performing two-year-olds and a Royal Ascot double. He has earned a slight increase for 2026, up from €7,500 to €8,500.
