THE great Australian mare Winx extended her winning sequence to 21 with an impressive six and a half-length success in the Group 1 Seppelt Turnbull Stakes at Flemington shortly after 5:15am Irish time today.

The Chris Waller-trained six-year-old daughter of Street Cry was partnered, as usual, by Hugh Bowman.

She cruised home to beat former Richard Hannon-trained Ventura Storm, a classic-placed Group 1 winner in 2016, with last month's easy Group 1 Makybe Diva Stakes winner Humidor another three-parts of a length back in third.
