DAY two of the finals in Castle Irvine Necarne saw riders battle it out for their regions and, as expected, each class went down to the wire. In the end, the Ulster Region claimed the Interprovincial All Ireland title on 337 points while the Leinster team took second place on 237 points, followed by Munster on 189 points and Connaught on 172 points.

In the SJI Leinster Region Under 10 Final. Ulster rider Juliana Nelson had been in flying form the day before with a series of wins and added to her tally a win with Cumbak Kid, clear in 23.23. Winners of the SJI Ulster Region 128 90cm Final was Ulster’s Cliodhna McEvoy and Tynnan Tuttle Pip who kept all the poles in place in 20.98.
