SHOLOKHOV has moved from Glenview Stud in Fermoy, Co Cork, to The Old Road Stud in Tallow, Co Waterford.

Sire of Gold Cup winner Don Cossack and the top-class jumpers Shishkin and Bob Olinger, Sholokhov has already settled in at James and Marian Hannon’s stud.

“He looks a picture,” James Hannon said. “He has a summer coat on him and an unbelievable walk. He was very well looked after by the team at Glenview Stud and I am very thankful to the Cashman family to get one like him,”

Sholokhov joins Arctic Cosmos, Ilaraab, Mizzou, Mores Wells and Scorpion at The Old Road Stud.
