Trainer Noel Meade and agent Peter Nolan struck gold at the Goffs Autumn Sale three years ago when they bought Caught U Looking for €27,000. The Harzand filly was subsequently sold for 1.8 million guineas at the end of her racing career.
Meade and Nolan went to the well again at Goffs on Tuesday when paying €60,000 for a Coulsty colt from Rathasker Stud. Out of an unraced mare and from the family of Marwell, the colt made the day's top price.
