Dylan AKA Springhill Showman who Nichola Wray partnered to victory in the EI110 (Amateur) championship at Kilguilkey House last weekend. The Northern Region owner/rider explained how the eight-year-old Lislap Benedict gelding came to have this lengthy label. "When I went to register him for FEI competitions he had to have Dylan in his name as it was the original name on his passport. However, we had competed him at national level as Springhill Showman. This name came about as a result of him being a bit different in the looks department with his droopy right ear and surprised expression. He damaged it as a foal as he fell back on his head! Sprinhill is our farm and Showman came from the song ‘This is me!’ from the film The Greatest Showman." \ Horse Sport Images
