  • Wedding Vow won the Group 2 Kilboy Estate Stakes over nine furlongs at the Curragh, a first win for the previously stakes-placed daughter of multiple champion sire Galileo (by Sadler's Wells). The Aidan O'Brien-trained three-year-old was bred by the Remember When Syndicate, she is the first foal out of the non-winning Group 1 Oaks runner-up Remember When (by Danehill Dancer), and her dam is a half-sister to the Group 1 stars Dylan Thomas (by Danehill), Homecoming Queen (by Holy Roman Emperor) and Queen's Logic (by Grand Lodge).

  • Dariyan won the Group 2 Prix Eugene Adam (Grand Prix de Maisons-Laffitte) over 10 furlongs at Maisons-Laffitte, a first pattern success for the lightly-raced son of Kildangan Stud stallion Shamardal (by Giant's Causeway). H.H. the Aga Khan's homebred three-year-old is trained by Alain De Royer-Dupre, he is out of the Group 1 star Daryakana (by Selkirk) and his grandam is the classic heroine Daryaba (by Night Shift).

  • Home Of The Brave won the Group 3 Friarstown Stud Minstrel Stakes over seven furlongs at the Curragh, a second blacktype success for the Hugo Palmer-trained three-year-old. He was bred by Earl Ecurie Du Grand Chene, he is a first-crop son of the ace sprinter-miler Starspangledbanner (by Choisir) and he is the first foal out of Blissful Beat (by Beat Hollow). His dam is a half-sister to the pattern scorers Rashbag (by Reprimand) and Suggestive (by Reprimand).

  • The loss of Gilltown Stud stallion Azamour (by Night Shift) was further advertised when his daughter Covert Love won the Group 1 Darley Irish Oaks at the Curragh. The Hugo Palmer-trained bay was bred by Sommerville Bloodstock, she is a €26,000 Goffs Orby Sale and she is the third foal out of Wing Stealth (by Hawk Wing). She comes from a branch of the family of the Group 1 Irish Derby hero Grey Swallow (by Daylami) and of Hong Kong star Designs On Rome (by Holy Roman Emperor).

    Azamour died last year. His best progeny include the unbeaten but tragically ill-fated classic star Valyra and this year's Group 1 Dubai Sheema Classic heroine Dolniya.

  • Stepper Point won the Group 2 Invincible Spirit Sapphire Stakes over the minimum trip at the Curragh, a second pattern win for the William Muir-trained six-year-old and his fifth blacktype success. The gelding was bred by Whitsbury Manor Stud, he is a son of the Cheveley Park Stud stallion Kyllachy (by Pivotal) and he is the first foal out of Sacre Coeur (by Compton Place). His dam is a half-sister to Lonely Heart (by Midyan), the stakes-placed dam of the pattern scorer Leitrim House (by Cadeaux Genereux).

  • Final Frontier won the Group 3 Jebel Ali Racecourse & Stables Anglesey Stakes over the extended six furlongs at the Curragh, maintaining his unbeaten record and giving Ballylinch Stud's sprint ace and freshman sire Dream Ahead (by Diktat) a first pattern winner. The Jessica Harrington-trained colt was bred by Vimal and Gillian Khosla, he is a half-brother to the pattern-placed Lola Beaux (by Equiano), and he is out of the dual juvenile listed scorer Polly Perkins (by Pivotal).

  • Strath Burn became the third pattern winner for Newsells Park Stud stallion Equiano (by Acclamation) when winning the Group 3 Al Basti Equiworld Hackwood Stakes over six furlongs at Newbury. The Charlie Hills-trained three-year-old was bred by Mrs R Wilson, he is a half-brother to the Group 1-placed prolific sprint winner Polar Force (by Polar Falcon), and his dam Irish Light (by Irish River) is a dual winner from the immediate family of the Group 1 mile star Soviet Line (by Soviet Star).

  • Carla Bianca won the Group 3 Meld Stakes over nine furlongs at Leopardstown, a second pattern win and fourth blacktype success for Moyglare Stud's homebred four-year-old. The grey is trained by Dermot Weld, she is a daughter of Banstead Manor Stud ace Dansili (by Danehill), and she is the first foal out of Majestic Silver (by Linamix). Her dam is an unraced half-sister to the pattern scorer Profound Beauty (by Danehill) and her grandam Diamond Trim (by Highest Honor) is a stakes-winning half-sister to the Group 2 winner and outstanding broodmare Irresistible Jewel (by Danehill).

  • Erupt extended his unbeaten record to four with victory in the Group 1 Juddmonte Grand Prix de Paris over 12 furlongs at Longchamp. The Niarchos Family's homebred three-year-old is trained by Francis Graffard and he is a son of Dalham Hall Stud's outstanding stallion Dubawi (by Dubai Millennium). He is a half-brother to the listed winner Marie De Medici (by Medicean), he is out of the pattern scorer Mare Nostrum (by Caerleon) and he comes from the famous stallion-producing family of Encosta De Lago (by Fairy King), Flying Spur (by Danehill), Holy Roman Emperor (by Danehill) and Night Shift (by Northern Dancer).

  • Walzertakt, a son of the late Montjeu (by Sadler's Wells), got his nose in front on the line to take the Group 2 Prix Maurice de Nieuil over 14 furlongs at Longchamp. It is a first pattern success for the Jean-Pierre Carvalho-trained six-year-old. He is a half-brother to the dual Group 1 star Wiener Walzer (by Dynaformer) and his dam is the Grade 1-placed dual Group 2 scorer Walzerkoenigin (by Kingmambo).
