THE Veterinary Council of Ireland announced the appointment of incoming registrar/CEO, Niamh Muldoon who will take up her new role in April.

A qualified solicitor, Niamh Muldoon is currently Head of Corporate Governance and Secretary to the Medical Council of Ireland. Her career began in the Houses of the Oireachtas as Parliamentary Assistant; she later worked in private practice as a solicitor before joining the Medical Council in 2013.
