TWO of the three meetings due to be held in Britain last Sunday survived the weather with the Heythrop fixture, lost to frost, being rescheduled for tomorrow.

As the open maiden was divided three ways, there were eight races at Black Forest Lodge where Luke Harvey’s Porlock Bay (5/1) notched up his third success of the season in the men’s open. Again ridden by Darren Edwards, the 10-year-old Dr Massini gelding won from Full Trottle and Penmore Mill.
