IRELAND’s Ciaran Dreeling took a third-place finish in the CSIYH1* at Opglabbeek, Belgium when he partnered the Mark Williams-owned Kevlar de Loi to a clear in 32.84.

Dreeling was just over a second slower than the winner Mart-Sander Aarma and Keiralanda Vdm (31.35). Dreeling added to his record when he took fourth in the CSI1* Two Phases Special 1.20m. Riding Idylle de Maugre, he answered all the questions in 30.78.

On Thursday, he added to his record with third, with Kevlar de Loi, when he delivered a foot-perfect round in 60.57. More was to come on Friday when Dreeling finished just outside the top six in the CSI1* 1.40m Grand Prix, slotting into seventh place with Hertog Jan, just one down in the jump-off in 39.15.

On Wednesday Wexford’s Harry Allen was also in the ribbons, taking fourth place in the CSI4* Table A against the clock 1.35m. Riding Greta Evita, he delivered a clear round in 63.36.
