SHANE Breen was certainly on form over the weekend, when taking a number of placings at Wiesbaden in Germany, but the highlight was a win in the four-star Medium Tour 1.45m speed class on board BP Arctic Blue.

Breen and the nine-year-old gelding jumped clear in a lightening-fast time of 65.70 seconds – almost three and half seconds ahead of his nearest rival, Germany’s Denis Neilsen, who rode Cosmo von Imhoff clear in 69.19 to take second place.
