HORSE Sport Ireland today (Thursday) announced the Gain Equine Nutrition Irish squad for the U21 (Young Rider) FEI European Eventing Championships which take place at Hartpury, Gloucester in Great Britain from July 25th to July 31st 2022.

The GAIN Equine Nutrition U21 (Young Rider) Eventing Squad in alphabetical order is:

Waterford's Sadhbh Bolger with Cooley Cappuccino (ISH)

Kildare's Alannah Kelly with Cooley Bounce (ISH) OR Stroke of Genius (ISH)

Laois's Jennifer Kuehnle with Polly Blue Eyes OR Sammy Davis Junior (ISH)

Kildare's Zara Nelson with OLS Queen Bee (ISH) OR OLS King Aragon (ISH)

Horse Sport Ireland Young Rider Eventing High Performance Director Sue Shortt said:

“I am delighted to announce my squad for the upcoming Young Rider European Championships at Hartpury College in Great Britain. We have an experienced team of riders including four members from the 2021 silver medal-winning squad. Final preparations will begin shortly and we will certainly be trying our best to go one better this year.”

The Gain Equine Nutrition Irish U18 (Junior) squad for the European Eventing Championships at Hartpury will be announced at the end of June.
