THIS weekend sees the Curragh under the spotlight, and hopefully for all the right reasons. Today and tomorrow sees three Group 1 races, two classics, being run, alongside a couple of Group 2 races and a plethora of high-value others. Racing must take centre-stage.

Remember last year when Romanised produced a fairy-tale result for trainer Ken Condon, and Alpha Centauri provided the opening chapter in a series of great stories, ending the season as one of the best racemares of recent years. Could we have a repeat of these?
