THE Northern Region of Dressage Ireland is counting down to its Summer Festival (August 29th and 30th) at the Portmore International Equestrian Centre where, during Saturday’s one-day show, Joan Adrian won both tests she contested with Goldwin.

Twice coming before Vida Tansey, Adrian and her nine-year-old Lord Of Loxely gelding topped the Junior Rider FEI Preliminary test on a score of 68%, ahead of Claire Sedgeman on Cloud Atlas (64), and the Junior Rider FEI team test on 67.27. Linda McIlwaine scored 62.58 on Beechmount Baxter to finish second.
