STRONG trade at the first Irish yearling sale was well-received by vendors, but a different test awaits at the Goffs Orby Sale (Part 1) on Tuesday, October 1st and Wednesday, October 2nd. Described as Ireland’s premier yearling sale, it holds higher expectations from buyers and consignors alike, with 2023’s increased average of €122,764 an indication of the calibre of horses on offer.
