MAURICE Regan of Newtown Anner Stud has lodged a planning application for a substantial equestrian development at Ballinamore near Clonmel in Co Tipperary.
The proposed development includes a 590.55 square metre stable building housing 19 individual stable units.
The facility will also incorporate hay storage, a veterinary exam area, tack room, and equipment store, indicating plans for a comprehensive and well-equipped operation.
The proposal also outlines the subdivision of the remaining site into paddocks of various sizes, creating functional grazing and exercise areas for horses.
Landscaping and planting are included in the plans, alongside other associated site development works.
The local council is expected to make a decision on the application by July 9th.
