THE Grade 2 Belmont Sprint Championship was meant to be a showdown between world traveler Mind Your Biscuits and New York-based Unified. The favourite and second-choice bookended the Grade 2 stakes with Mind Your Biscuits showing no ill effects from his trip to Dubai back in March, drawing of to win the seven-furlong dash by three and a half lengths for Joel Rosario. Unified, a neck winner of Mind Your Biscuits in February, faded to last in the field of seven.

Trained by one-horse-stable Chad Summers (at least, one horse when he won in Dubai, as his stable has grown since) for J Stables, Head of Plains Partners, Summers, Summers, Kisber, et al, the four-year-old son of Posse dusted Awesome Slew and Tommy Macho.
