Flaviana produced her best effort to date when beaten 4½l into third by the 113-rated I Knew Well in a Wexford maiden hurdle over this trip last month. She will be encountering better ground here but she could see off Oscar’swan who holds a rating of 96. The last-named was placed in five bumpers but hasn’t done as well since going jumping. However those bumper efforts were on better ground and a switch to this better surface could help.
