A long striding sort, Sundara basically ran his rivals into the ground. He showed serious stamina to keep up such a strong gallop on soft ground.

Sundara is exceptionally well-bred, being by Galileo out of Irish 1000 Guineas Saoire. Saoire stayed a mile and a half well enough judged by her run in the Irish Oaks, so her genetic influence with that of Galileo should imbue Sundara with plenty of stamina.
