STROUD Coleman Bloodstock was among the busiest buyers of the week, and they bought 20 lots, costing 3,240,000gns in their own name, but also signing for a few more in association with others.

The agency’s Anthony Stroud bought the most expensive of their purchases this week, a son of Gleneagles and the second foal from a winning daughter of Hellvelyn. The colt traded at 350,000gns and his value was boosted by the fact that his two-year-old half-brother is the Group 2 Richmond Stakes winner Asymmetric.
