GORESBRIDGE Horse Sales has announced their highly anticipated July Sport Horse Sale will run over four days, from Tuesday, July 1st to Friday, July 4th, 2025. Due to great demand, there are over 700 lots on offer.

This includes a handful of high-level competition horses, one of which is a recent National Grand Prix winner named L, who won at Ballivor Show just last Sunday. Other highlights also include Ardragh Mountain Dew, a 12-year-old gelding with results up to 1.40m and puissance success.

From Lackaghmore Stables, there are two 1.30m horses offered - Lackaghmore All In B and Lackaghmore Zirocco. Also catalogued is Cool Garcon, a seasoned nine-year-old with a 1.35m/1.40m record. To view these horses prior to the sale, contact the sales office to arrange. X-rays are also available on request.

Tuesday, July 1st kicks off with a day dedicated entirely to ponies, featuring over 130 lots including a large selection of competition ponies and pony club all-rounders. Among the standouts is Glebe Plunkett Rose, a 14.2hh Grade A pony with 212 SJI points, boasting a record to 1.10m.

Wednesday, July 2nd will focus on five-year-olds and older horses with over 200 entries catalogued. Thursday, July 3rd will host over 180 four-year-olds, a key day for professionals looking for top raw material. This cohort includes scopey, well-started horses with the breeding and attitude for show jumping and eventing.

Friday, July 4th will be dedicated exclusively to three-year-old horses, with over 150 lots catalogued, with proven pedigrees across disciplines.

Mark your calendars, Monday June 23rd when the full catalogue goes live. The online gallery will open for viewing from Thursday, June 26th.
