QUEEN Supreme, sold at Goffs as a yearling and bred in Co Waterford by Tom Hassett, won the Group 1 Cartier Paddock Stakes for the second year running at Kenilworth last Saturday.

Keagan de Melo (who said “this was probably the easiest Group 1 winner I will ever ride”) had the Exceed And Excel filly handily placed throughout and sent her clear a furlong out to beat Clouds Unfold by a most convincing two and a quarter lengths.
