ELLA Moran signed off her 2026 showing campaign last Saturday at the Limerick/Clare Area show in Ballynort where, riding her father Keith’s Scalacre Eclipse in Irish Pony Society company for the final time, she won the show hunter pony title and then went supreme champion.

Speaking of the 17-year-old gelding by Rotherwood Peeping Tom and her 14-year-old niece, whom she coaches, Jodie Moran commented: “We owe the world to this gorgeous pony. He has been a pleasure to produce and has given us days out that we’ll never ever forget. He taught Ella so much, from a trip to HOYS, winning at Balmoral and Dublin, and so many championships and supremes.”
