Not content with the win, Hadley also took third place with his own eight-year-old Maximum Numero Too HSH, with a clear in 69.24. He then completed the hat-trick, when he partnered the Hibernia Horses-owned Elka De La Pomme to a clear in 70.35.

The runner-up spot was claimed by Emma O’Dwyer aboard Claire Penny’s seven-year-old Kpcm Contessina with a clear in 67.78. A clear from Paul Kennedy and Sirium 11 in 71.69 saw them claim fifth place. Rounding off the top six was Madeline Allen and her seven-year-old, Davinci Z in a time of 74.03.
