THERE was widespread shock at the sad death of a young pony-mad girl who died after being kicked by a horse while out hunting.
Bonnie Armitage (9) is believed to have suffered a cardiac arrest after she was kicked in the chest by a horse while mounted on her beloved Shetland pony Lindsay while out hunting with the Cotswold on a farm at Miserden, near Stroud in Gloucestershire.
