WITH no public from the locals or further afield, it’s a Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby like no other today, but in many ways it’s more of the same.

The O’Brien family – Aidan, Joseph and Donnacha – have 17 wins in the race between them as trainers and jockeys. Today the trio are trainers and account for two-thirds of the 15-runner field.
