IT may have been a month since racing last took place at Punchestown but some things remained the very same as they were at the festival as Willie Mullins took centre stage with a treble which was brought up by horses at differing stages of their careers.

The middle leg of the treble was supplied by the lightly raced but classy Bleu Berry whose success in the Ladbrokes-sponsored conditions hurdle over just short of two and a half miles was his first since he won the 2018 Coral Cup at Cheltenham.
