GOFFS will introduce a dedicated point-to-point section at this year’s Autumn Horses-in-Training Sale on Monday, November 2nd.

Up to 25 pointers will be offered at 1pm on sale day, immediately following the Horses-In-Training section and ahead of the three-day Autumn Yearling Sale which gets underway that afternoon.

The Goffs Autumn HIT Sale already attracts strong interest from National Hunt buyers, and this new session follows the successful introduction of a similar dedicated session at the Goffs February Sale earlier this year.

Goffs CEO Henry Beeby said: “The success of the new point-to-point session at Goffs February Sale demonstrated that there is a real appetite for a dedicated platform held in conjunction with established sales here at Kildare Paddocks.

“With many point-to-point fixtures taking place in the weeks beforehand, and a gap in the sales calendar until the later November sales, we believe the timing presents an excellent opportunity for vendors and buyers alike.”
