BALLIVOR Horse Show promises to be quite spectacular over the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, June 10th and 11th.

All are most welcome to the hugely popular Co Meath show which, last year, celebrated its Golden Jubilee. Show weekend will witness the thrilling spectacle of top show jumping and Ballivor will be a hub of horsey action with action across the show jumping, showing rings and pony classes from 10am each day.

Sunday’s busy schedule will see international and national show jumping riders battle it out for the €4,000 prize fund in the Grand Prix. There will be a dedicated Pony Day on the Saturday featuring SJI show jumping with a prize fund of over €1,000 and an extensive IPS and Working Hunter schedule.

For over 50 years, Ballivor Horse Show has attracted household names such as Cian O’Connor and the winner of last year’s Grand Prix Seamus Hayes with Clarton Clazou Z, while providing a great mix of family friendly activities with a welcoming atmosphere.

Sunday will host a Family Day with children’s races, Teddy Bears Picnic and a Fun Fair. Sunday will also feature Ballivor’s very popular dog show with a chance for every dog to win, with competitions for child handlers, the ‘dog I would most like to take home’ contest and the hilarious ‘best dressed dog’ class to name a few. Each day there will be a selection of trade stands and food vendors for visitors to browse and enjoy.

Ballivor Horse Show welcomes everyone to experience equestrian sports at its very best in a local community setting.
