WELL done to Paddy and Patrick McCarthy, Meelin Stud, who were delighted when their two-year-old filly was crowned champion thoroughbred at Midleton Show.

The filly, Meelin Promise, by their own sire, Zebadiah, is out of Kayem, who won a point-to-point for her delighted owner, Pat O’Driscoll, Woodlands, Bandon.
