BANDON Show, one of the first shows in the Munster Region, takes place on Sunday, May 19th, with a large schedule in the Equestrian section with multiple Irish Shows Qualifiers including Racehorse to Riding Horse, Ridden Hunter, Three-year-old Gelding, Three-year-old Filly, Yearling Gelding and Two-year-old ID Filly.

Other special classes include the Mare and Foal Progeny class, funded by the Breeding Grant under the National Breeding Services by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and delivered by Horse Sport Ireland. The show also has Thoroughbred classes, including broodmares and in-hand youngstock.

There are many classes in the Pony Sections, such as Working Hunter, Show Hunter, Led and Ridden Show Pony, with special prizes in each championship.
