AS the national lockdown continues, Amelia (20 months) and Elizabeth (5) Hanniffy have been keeping themselves busy at the kennels of the Laois Hunt by helping foxhound Laois Purdy look after the latest litter of pups to join the team.

At just three weeks’ old, the pups were last week taken for a spin in their dolls’ pram, says the girls’ mother Emily.
