MANY congratulations to those listed below who have been selected by the Irish Pony Club’s dressage committee to represent the Republic of Ireland in a Home International dressage competition against England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales on Friday, May 15th, day two of the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
The five riders are Bray’s Emily Grimes and Kildare’s Holly Browne who will contest the UKPC Open class (equal to Dressage Ireland Elementary level) with Millridge Buachaill Bui and Manusmore Result respectively. Carlow’s Ava Boyd with Ballinamoona Boy and Waterford’s Julie McDonald with Shanbo’s Hazel’s Boy will compete at UKPC Intermediate level (=DI Novice) while, riding Bishopshall Joe, Carbery’s Maria Fleming Hand will be the sole competitor at UKPC Novice level (=DI Preliminary).
