CONSIDERING the challenging position facing many hunts, it is a much welcome development to see the return of the Route Hunt to the autumn fixture list following an absence.

They last staged a fixture in 2013 at their long-standing Limavady course, however the move further northwards to Portrush will see the hunt move back within their hunting lands.
