WHAT a week for Irish riders at the inaugural Liverpool International Horse Show.

Our pictures from Tadhg Ryan show how the champagne flowed - literally - for Peter Smyth after he won a thrilling puissance to the delight of the great crowd in the Echo Arena while Aisling Byrne showed was in top gear after winning a brand new car in the Amateur section.
