EXCITING novice chaser Petit Mouchoir is on course to return to action at Leopardstown's Dublin Racing Festival next month.

Winner of two Grade 1s over timber last season, he finished third to Buveur D'Air in the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham.

After a sparkling debut over fences in October he looked booked for a profitable campaign but has been off the track since with a joint injury.

The Frank Ward Solicitors Arkle Novice Chase on February 3rd is firmly on his agenda.

"I'm hoping he's still on course for Leopardstown," De Bromhead told At The Races.

"He seems good. He cantered away nicely the other morning and fingers crossed he seems good at the moment."
