The Michael O'Callaghan-trained Now Or Never has touched down in Keeneland ahead of her clash with Tepin in the Grade One First Lady this weekend.

Joined by fellow European challenger Nemoralia, who performed well at the Breeders' Cup last year, the Qatar Racing-owned filly ran third in the Tattersalls Irish 1,000 Guineas earlier this year and was last seen finishing behind Alice Springs in the Matron Stakes at Leopardstown.

No three-year-old has ever won the First Lady, now in its 19th year, but Aidan O'Brien's Together was second in 2011 before winning the Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup a week later, a path Now Or Never will tread.

Her exercise rider David Hayes said: "That's the plan, to run in both."

Also on the flight was David O'Meara's globetrotter Mondialiste, who is being readied for the Shadwell Turf Mile. Second to Tepin at the Breeders' Cup last year, he won the Arlington Million in August on his latest foray abroad. Now an experienced traveller, he handled the journey well according to his regular companion, Fearghal Davis.

"We are buddies. We go everywhere together," Davis told www.keeneland.com. "He won't do much (leading up to the race). That's the way he's done it coming over here, and he has two wins and a second."

O'Meara is expected to arrive on Friday.
