Navan Racecourse passed its 7.30am inspection on Sunday.
Paddy Graffin, clerk of the course, said: “The ground at Navan is now heavy and fit for racing. Speaking with Met Éireann they are forecasting a mainly dry day today."
The first of eight races is due off at 11.47am.
Cheltenham stages a six-race card today, starting at 1.15pm.
