JOHN Ryan owns and trains Kylecrue and the talented 10-year-old made all to take the Faber Audiovisuals Handicap Hurdle at Galway this afternoon, the feature race on the card.

Ridden by 5lb claimer Conor Brassil, the 12/1 shot kept on well under pressure to beat 7/4 favourite Prospectus by one and a half lengths in the extended two-mile contest.

He may now go to Cheltenham for next month's Paddy Power Gold Cup.

REPEAT SUCCESS

Calino D'Air continued his progress when completing a Galway double in the SANSERV Rated Novice Chase.

A winner over this course and distance earlier in the month, he was 6/4 favourite to repeat the dose and J J Sleven sent the five-year-old straight to the front.

Henry de Bromhead's charge put in a fine round of jumping out in front and kept on well to see off the challenge of Don't Tell No One by two and three-quarter lengths.

The winning jockey said: "I was delighted to get the ride and he is a nice horse for the future and jumps savage. He has won his point-to-point and is a good gutsy horse who got a bit lonely up the hill. It is a big old hill home and he was just looking around.

"He has a future and is a good jumper who is definitely capable of stepping up in grade.

"He had a bit of a scare at the second which was probably more my fault than his."
