IRELAND’S Conan Wright gave a good account of himself at the three-star World Cup show at Warsaw in Poland, with several good placings.

Wright made a great start when he and the nine-year-old gelding Litmanen finished as runners-up in the 55-strong 1.35m Medium Tour two-phase special class. The pair jumped double clear in a jump-off time of 28.06, which was less than 0.4 seconds behind the Polish class winner, Patryk Skrzyczynski on Jerico (27.67).
