IRELAND’s Dane Rawlins’ 14th-place finish in the FEI World Cup Dressage Grand Prix class at London Olympia CDI-W on Monday meant that he booked his place for the FEI World Cup Dressage Freestyle at Olympia 24 hours later. Riding Espoire, he recorded a score of 66.00%. Rawlins is only the second Irish rider to qualify for the Olympia FEI World Cup Dressage Grand Prix Kür (Freestyle to Music).

In 2014, Kildare’s Judy Reynolds (Vancouver K) was the first Irish rider to qualify for the Olympia Western European League FEI World Cup Dressage Grand Prix Kür (Freestyle to Music) qualifier.
