DARRAGH Kenny topped a great week for his string and the Irish contingent at the three-star show in Vilamoura, Portugal, when placing second in the Grand Prix with C’est Beau (Calido I x Grannus).
Riding Jorge Matte’s nine-year-old bay gelding, Kenny was one of six clears in the first round of the 1.50m Longines ranking Grand Prix. Just three riders managed to produce a second clear in the timed round.
