IRELAND’S Alexander Butler rode Hendjy Des Carmilles to a podium place in the Prize of Strawberry Farms Knockout class at the four-star DKB Horse Week held at the Glantz family’s equestrian centre at Hohen Wieschendorf in Germany on Saturday, when they placed equal third of the eight starters. It was a home win for Elisa Marlene Von Hacht (GER) on Caramba as the only combination to jump clear in the second tiebreaker.

Kellie Allen followed this up on Sunday with a sixth-place finish in the two-star 1.45m Grand Prix riding the 14-year-old mare Extasy to a double clear round in a jump-off time of 41.56. The win went to Lars Volmer (GER) on Cornwell 13 in a very fast 36.18.
