EQUIIP is the industry education and training department of Horse Racing Ireland. Their objective is to attract new people to the thoroughbred industry, develop and grow those already working in the sector and support employers to retain their people through a range of education, training, health and well-being programmes and services.

They provide information and access for those trying to get into the industry, education and training for those trying to get on in the industry and health and wellbeing services for everyone who wants it.
