GIVEN the circumstances we have been lucky enough to live a fairly “normal” life out in Australia. Since completing the unique experience of hotel quarantine in Sydney we have been exposed to several aspects of the industry.

Our time in the Hunter Valley began with visits to some of the top studs in the country, from Segenhoe and Coolmore to Widden and Newgate. The following 6 weeks we completed practical rotations which gave us the opportunity to see how stud farms and training operations are managed in the Southern Hemisphere.
