SPRINGING into action this weekend is the first round of the TRM Showjumpers Club Spring Tour which will be hosted at the Gaffney family’s JAG Equestrian Centre, Co Kildare.

Fourteen venues nationwide will host the 16 rounds of this vital league from now until April, giving show jumping yards a crucial platform in which to campaign their horses on home turf.

Now in its fourth year of support for the Spring Tour, the Irish global business success story that is TRM has once more generously come on board as title sponsors in a cash and products package worth €60,000 plus.

Thursday’s launch took place at the impressive TRM headquarters in Newbridge, Co Kildare and a guided tour of the high tech plant certainly surpassed all expectations among the attendees.

Coming early in the calendar, the TRM Showjumpers Club Spring Tour offers riders, owners, breeders and producers the opportunity to get some essential experience for their horses in professional competition centres before the RDS qualifiers kick in and/or hone horses for the popular European tours.

That kind of exposure, starting over 1.35m tracks and rising to 1.40m in the later stages of the series, has played a proven role in developing horses and riders alike. The honour roll of equine stars and talented riders who honed their talents is illustrious and we look forward to bringing you top coverage of the 2023 TRM Showjumpers Club Spring Tour.
